Courteous staff and wonderful rooms, we had a really great experience. Appreciated their on-site restaurant El Castillo, it was good.

We truly enjoyed the comforts of this family-friendly hotel.

The bed was very old, that's my bad luck.

The hotel was family-friendly, I spent my time lovely here. The room was excellent, in the new tower. The restaurant had delicious food, thoroughly enjoyed it.

The hotel was an easy base for enjoying a very very nice area, not far from the restaurant and the university. They provide a buffet breakfast with plenty of options.

I didn't want to leave, so would recommend this hotel. Great value, room was spotless, staff were affable. They offered lots of options for buffet breakfast.

The reception was excellent, I loved it. The staff were really good and highly courteous, no complains at all. Most of the time food was great especially during the buffet breakfast.

Everything here was great, and the weather was lovely, thoroughly enjoyed it. Based in a good area. Also, the property was 2 miles away from plaza colon. Good bedroom, very comfy bed. Employees were very kind and kept it all clean.

Newly decorated, recently refurbished rooms and the best location. All in all it's impeccably clean place, they have great beds. Delicious breakfast, good service. Walking distance to the wonderful beach. Moreover, take a look at eugenio maria de hostos high school, set just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

Gorgeous and perfectly clean place, absolutely kind staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my luxury room, it was perfect. Large beds & fairly clean bathroom. Restaurant in hotel was excellent and the pool area was excellent.

We loved staying here, the breakfast was simply delicious. Cozy rooms with a really great view. Bathroom was so clean. The hotel itself was in an entertainment area. We had a very lovely time here.

It was an awesome experience in a quiet hotel. The location was best possible and the room was brand-new and brand-new. We liked the main bar. Our room had a cozy bed and an excellent view. The beach was nice.
